Terms of use for Vedagya

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Trikaal Darshi Technologies Private Limited, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, which operates Vedagya (the website www.vedagya.in and the Vedagya app). By using Vedagya you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use Vedagya.

2. Who can use Vedagya

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. A person under 18 may use Vedagya only with verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

3. Your account

Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at help@vedagya.in if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. What Vedagya provides

Vedagya offers Panchang, Muhurat, horoscopes, reports, kundli matching, a festival and vrat calendar, remedies, pooja guidance, and answers to your questions based on your chart. This content is for spiritual reflection and general information only. Please read our Disclaimer.

5. Paid features and refunds

Some features may be paid. The price, what is included, and any renewal terms are shown in the app before you pay. Purchases made through an app store (such as Google Play) are also governed by that store's billing and refund rules; you can cancel a subscription in the store's subscription settings, and it ends at the close of the current billing period.

Refund and cancellation terms for each paid feature are shown before you buy. If you were charged in error, or a report was not delivered, email us at help@vedagya.in and we will put it right.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

• break any law, or use Vedagya to harass, threaten or deceive anyone;
• add another adult's birth details without their permission;
• copy, scrape or resell our content, or use bots or automated tools on the service;
• try to hack, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt Vedagya;
• pretend to be someone else, or upload harmful code.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Content and intellectual property

Vedagya's content, design, logo, software and reports belong to Trikaal Darshi Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial use only. If you send us reviews or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve and promote Vedagya; we will not publish your name without permission.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Vedagya available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature you paid for and have not yet received, we will refund the unused part.

9. Limitation of liability

Vedagya is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on our content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Vedagya at any time and ask us to delete your account from the app settings (where available) or by email. Deletion of your data follows our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. For important changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.

12. Law, disputes and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have to approach a consumer commission near you.
